Create Listing Template
SKU - if you are uploading existing listings make sure the SKU matches what you have in Walmart. For new listings you can create your own SKU (we recommend staying away from starting the SKU with a zero or using any special characters. Spaces are also not allowed.)
Sales Channel Listing URL - Enter the sales listing channel URL for the marketplace you are selling on. (For example, if you are selling on Amazon then you would enter the Amazon product page URL for the item you want to list.)
Note: If you are selling on Walmart marketplace you can also enter the UPC associated with the Walmart listing.
Initial price - This is where you set the price you initially want to push live to Walmart.
Handling time - This column is where you set your handling time which is the time in-between when the order is placed on Walmart and when you are able to ship out that product.
Source URL - The Source URL is the product page URL of where you found the item.
Listed By - In this column you will enter the name of the person who listed the product.
Bundle Qty - Enter the number of items you need to order on the source site in order to fulfill whatever is being offered on the marketplace.
Bundle Qty Examples:
Scenario 1: Both the marketplace item and the source item offer one broom.
Here you would use a bundle quantity 1 since it's a one to one scenario.
Scenario 2: If the marketplace item is for two brooms but the source item is for one broom.
Here, you would add a bundle quantity of 2 since you would have to order two of that item from the source site to complete the listing.
Scenario 3: If the marketplace item is for six brooms but the source item is for two brooms.
Here you would add a bundle quantity of 3 since you would have to order three of that item from the source site to complete the listing.
Scenario 4: Both the marketplace item and the source item is for two brooms.
In this case, since both are selling two brooms, you would use a bundle quantity of 1 again.
Shipping Cost Override - OAGenius uses actual shipping costs for each supplier. To override the actual shipping costs you will have to enter your own shipping cost into the "shipping cost override" field when creating a listing (The shipping cost override field is mandatory if you have a bundle quantity greater than 1).
When Is A Shipping Cost Override Required?
(A) Uploads for ebay, and shopify require a shipping cost override.
(B) Items from all other sources that are uploaded with bundle quantity greater than 1, shipping cost override is required.
Once you are finished filling out the file, navigate back to the Uploads page, click the green Upload .CSV File button and choose the file you would like to upload.
Below the "Bulk Upload Listings" and "Download a Template" section of the software you will find your Upload History. Within the Upload History you can also check if there were any errors with the upload as seen in red. Click the “Download Error File” text highlighted in red To download a file that will provide you the SKU and the error associated with that SKU.
