First, navigate to the API settings page in Shipstation and grab your "API key", "API secret".
Navigate to your automations page in OAGenius and copy your "API key", "API secret" key from Shipstation into OAGenius.
Once you save the Shipstation integration we will provide you with a Webhook URL.
Navigate to the Webhooks page on shipstation and click add a webhook.
Name it however you'd like, ("OAG" should be good enough) select "On orders shipped" and paste the URL from OAG into Shipstation.
Once configured, you will be able to click the green Shipstation button to open the order in Shipstation so that you can purchase and print the label.
Since you have the webhook URL and APIs already connected, we will pull the tracking number and the cost of the label into OAGenius automatically. Shipstation is setup to confirm the order as shipped on the marketplace. We will also flip the order to a "shipped" status in OAGenius.
PLEASE NOTE:
- If the order on Walmart has a request for cancellation, the order will not be confirmed shipped on Walmart. It's a limitation of the Shipstation API pushing the tracking number and marking it as shipped. Please have your team confirm those manually or cancel the order in both Walmart and OAGenius.
- If you have the Amazon.com automation setup for tracking numbers then the tracking number will be populated into the "notes" of the order. All notes are searchable so that you can easily find the tracking number by scanning the box on the way into the warehouse.
