Listings Page
Search Listings
At the top left of the products table, you can search any listing within your account based on SKU, UPC, and Source ID.
Source Availability
This will tell you if an item is "Available" to sell on the marketplace or if the item is "Out Of Stock".
Status
Active - for the active listing we will check the source site to see if the item is available. If the item is available, we will then make the item active on Walmart with the default QTY from your settings page in place. We will also begin monitoring product costs.
Inactive - Inactive listings will not be tracked for inventory, price, or billing purposes. When you make a listing inactive, the system will change the QTY to 0 on Walmart.
Once we receive a confirmation that the QTY has been changed to 0 on Walmart, we will no longer monitor available inventory or source price.
Archive Listing - When you Archive a listing, the system will change the QTY to 0 on Walmart. We will no longer monitor available inventory or source prices. Our system will also mark the SKU as "retired" on Walmart. Archived listings will not be tracked for inventory, price, or billing purposes.
Restore Listing - If you would like to change the status of an archived listing to a managed and active status, please filter the archive listings. Select the listing that you would like to restore. Under the Actions tab, click the arrow up icon to restore the listing.
If you would like to Restore any listings you can do so by using this feature.
Error - Ingestion Error will state the reason why there was an error on a listing. It may have been due to the SKU or offer ID being invalid or missing.
Uploading - This status means the item is currently being uploaded.
