This article will teach you how to setup auto-ordering for your Walmart Sage account.
Before you can configure your auto-ordering settings you will first have to connect your Amazon buying account. Here's the article that shows you how to connect your Amazon buying account to your Walmart Sage account: https://oagenius.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360059846771-Automation-
Once you have your Amazon buying account connected to Sage Walmart you can follow the steps below to configure your auto ordering settings:
First, check the box that says "Use For AutoOrdering?"
Now fill out the following criteria:
AutoOrdering credit card - This is where you enter your credit card number you want to use for auto ordering. Note that the card information must already exist within your Amazon buying account in order for this to work.
AutoOrdering gift sender name - Enter your gift senders name (this can be your store name for example)
AutoOrdering gift message - Enter a gift message. This is unique and can be anything you would like it to be. It is a required field when marking an order as a gift on Amazon
AutoOrdering phone number (optional) - This is the field where you will enter a phone number. Note that it is optional to fill this field out. Feel free to leave it blank.
Max. negative profit ($) - Enter a maximum negative profit you are willing to lose on an order. For example, If you enter 3 then our auto ordering system will not place the order if there is a loss of more than $3. (Placing orders for negative profit are at the sole discretion of the account owner and OAGenius will not be held responsible for any losses.)
Save Amazon Accounts - Once you are finished filling out these settings make sure to click the "Save Amazon Accounts" button at the bottom right.
Additional information about auto-ordering:
When Full Auto is enabled - The system will automatically start placing all pending orders (flip the switch below to enable auto ordering).
Semi Auto Ordering - Click the lightning bolt under the "Supplier Order ID" column to that specific order automatically (see image below).
Back In Stock Feature for full auto-ordering - Our system will place any orders that are in "OutOfStock" status once our system sees that the source item is back in stock.
Which orders do we place first? - Our system will always place the oldest order first, not matter if the order is in pending or back in stock.
- We will only place orders with an estimated shipping time below 7 days.
- We only pull in the "Supplier Order ID" and "Purchase Cost" for orders that were placed using auto ordering. If orders are placed manually by a user then the user must also manually enter the "Supplier Order ID" and "Purchase Cost".
