Forwarding Emails For Automated Shipment Confirmations
In Gmail click the Gear icon at the top right and then the button that says "See all settings" > "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" > Then click "Add a forwarding address"
Copy and paste the unique email address from within your OAGenius account to the Gmail account. This unique email can be found here: https://sage.oagenius.com/app/account/automation
Don't forget to click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
The forwarding-confirmation-email from Gmail will be auto-confirmed. If after 1 minute it doesn’t show as confirmed, please try to click on “resend confirmation email”. If it still doesn’t work after you refresh the gmail settings page, let us know (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Once the forwarding address has been confirmed:
Set up a Gmail filter for emails coming from the supplier you are looking to sync and forward ONLY those emails to your unique OAGenius automation email address (Example: homedepot.com).
Select your unique email address from the dropdown below:
*Repeat this process for each supplier that you are using with OAGenius*
Your account is all set! When your Gmail account forwards an email to us, our systems processes it and fetches the tracking number from your amazon account.
